HealthMeek FAQs

How do we start care?

Start by submitting a care request. The HealthMeek office reviews the information and follows up about next steps.

Can families see care updates?

Yes. The client portal is designed for appointments, Virtual Meek, care notes, care records, profile updates, and family-safe information.

How are caregivers supported?

Caregivers can use the caregiver portal for assignments, availability, onboarding, and secure document handling.

Does HealthMeek support memory care?

Yes. HealthMeek is building specialized support for dementia, Alzheimer’s, forgetfulness, and related memory needs.

Can care needs change over time?

Yes. Care can be adjusted as family needs, schedules, routines, or safety concerns change.

Is this emergency medical care?

No. HealthMeek is not an emergency service. For emergencies, call local emergency services immediately.

How quickly can HealthMeek follow up after I request care?

HealthMeek reviews care requests and follows up as soon as possible. If your family has an urgent care need, submit the request and call the office so we can better understand the situation.

Can HealthMeek help me choose the right service or program?

Yes. Families do not have to know the exact service name. HealthMeek can review the situation and help guide the family toward personal care, companionship, respite, daily living assistance, transportation, pet care, or a care program.

Do caregivers get a dashboard after applying?

Yes. Caregivers who start the career process can verify their email, set a password, and continue onboarding through the HealthMeek Caregiver Dashboard.

Do you answer calls 24/7?

Yes. Families may call HealthMeek anytime. If the office is assisting another caller or it is after hours, calls and messages can be reviewed for follow-up as soon as possible. HealthMeek is not an emergency service, so for life-threatening symptoms, serious danger, or immediate medical needs, please call 911 or local emergency services right away.

Does HealthMeek accept insurance?

Not at this time. HealthMeek is preparing an insurance readiness pathway that may include payer verification, credentialing, billing workflows, and accepted-plan listings. Until that setup is complete, families should contact the office for current payment options.

Does HealthMeek work Business-to-Business?

Yes. HealthMeek is preparing Business-to-Business support for organizations that may need care coordination, family support, client referral partnerships, transportation support, medical courier planning, or caregiver staffing pathways. B2B requests will be reviewed by the office based on the organization’s needs.
