Privacy & Transparency
HealthMeek Cookie Policy
This policy explains how HealthMeek uses cookies and similar browser technologies, which technologies are essential, how optional first-party analytics work, and how you can control your preferences.
Cookies & Similar Technologies
HealthMeek uses cookies and similar browser technologies to keep our website secure, remember privacy choices, support necessary sessions, and improve the public website. Some HealthMeek features use browser storage such as localStorage or sessionStorage rather than traditional cookies.
Essential Technologies
Essential technologies support security, authentication, necessary sessions, privacy preferences, and core website or portal operation. These technologies are required for the requested service or for protecting HealthMeek systems and cannot be disabled through Cookie Settings.
First-Party Analytics
With your permission, HealthMeek uses its own first-party analytics to understand how visitors use the public website. Public analytics are disabled unless you choose to allow them. HealthMeek does not currently use third-party advertising or retargeting cookies.
Analytics Information
When first-party analytics are allowed, HealthMeek may record public page views and activity signals together with a pseudonymous visitor identifier, session identifier, page path, page title, referring page, browser or user-agent information, and a one-way hashed form of the network address used for the request.
Browser Storage
HealthMeek may store a pseudonymous visitor identifier in local browser storage when analytics are allowed. A session identifier is stored in session storage so it normally ends with the browser session. Your privacy preference is also stored locally so the website can remember your choice.
Retention
HealthMeek public site-activity analytics records are configured to expire automatically after 90 days. Other operational, security, service, billing, or legally required records may follow different retention periods described by the applicable HealthMeek policy or service agreement.
Operational & Security Activity
Security, authentication, login auditing, necessary account sessions, and legitimate service or operational records are separate from optional public analytics. These functions may remain active because they are needed to protect accounts, operate HealthMeek services, document legitimate business activity, or maintain system security.
Your Choices
You may choose Essential Only or allow First-Party Analytics through the HealthMeek Privacy & Cookie Center. You can change your optional analytics preference later through Cookie Settings. Disabling optional analytics does not disable necessary security, authentication, or core service functions.
No Advertising or Retargeting
HealthMeek does not currently use advertising pixels, cross-site behavioral advertising, or retargeting cookies on the HealthMeek public website. If HealthMeek changes its tracking practices in the future, this policy and the Privacy & Cookie Center should be updated before those technologies are enabled.
Policy Updates & Contact
HealthMeek may update this Cookie Policy as website technology, privacy practices, or legal requirements change. The current version will be posted on the HealthMeek website. Questions about privacy or cookies may be directed to care@healthmeek.com.
